Discount Pricing
Register and pay in full no later than Feb. 28, 2019 to qualify for the Early Bird Discount of 10%. If payment is not received in full by Feb. 28, 2019, the Early Bird rate will no longer apply and the non-discounted price will be payable. Early Bird discount is not available in conjunction with any other discount. All other terms and conditions apply.

Cancellation Policy

COPC Inc.'s Refund and Cancellation Policy is as follows: Confirmed registrations can be cancelled up to thirty (30) days prior to the session without penalty. Cancellations received thirty (30) to fifteen (15) days before the training start date may choose to: 1) send a substitute attendee to the class without penalties as long as written or e-mail notification of this request is made to COPC Inc. upon cancellation; or 2) apply paid tuition to the next scheduled U.S. training or workshop for the enrolled student. Option #2 may be exercised only once per cancellation. If neither option is exercised within fifteen days of class start date, tuition will be forfeited. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of training will forfeit tuition, and participant will be charged one night's room cost by the hotel.
