Training Venue & Hotel Information

Lunch and refreshments will be provided each day during training.

COPC Inc. has negotiated an all-inclusive rate at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel that includes bed and breakfast but not evening dinner. Accommodations, evening meals and hotel extras must be paid by the attendee upon departure.

Staying in the hotel is advisable, and arrival on Sunday evening, 18th November, is preferrable. The course involves evening work in groups.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel with less than 30 days from the start date of the class, COPC Inc. will refund 75% of the class fee.
  • If the cancellation is less than 14 days before the start date of the class, COPC Inc. will refund 50% of the class fee.  COPC Inc. will not be responsible for financial penalties incurred regarding travel or hotel accommodations if this training is cancelled or rescheduled.
